| Staff Manual |
| Being an Iwaku Staff Member is not a special privilege. It is a duty you have promised to perform for the benefit of the Iwaku Community. This Manual is presented to help guide all current staffers, future staffers, and members that want to know what official Staff Policy is. Staff members that cannot agree to hold themselves to these guidelines as closely as possible, will be asked to resign. Those that break these terms with inappropriate conduct will be demoted! As with the official Iwaku Policies, this manual will be revised every few months to ensure that it is up to date and as relevant to the community. |
