All that Moonwings once stood for is dead. It was only fitting that the site be closed as well. All of the pride and enjoyment in running the community has been destroyed. Thank you, Moonwings, for being the foundation and support not only for me, but for so many other people whose lives you have changed for the better. Because of you, best friends were made, lovers discovered, memories cherished and lives saved. Moonwings will always be a very cherished part of my life and a fond memory for those that truly cared for our community.

Moonwings the website is gone, but what it stood for still exists. That feeling of family, community, trusted friends and a safe place to escape to. For those of us that want to return to the whole reason we get online in the first place - to escape the stresses of daily life and enjoy time with friendly people - AFTA is a roleplay forum designed to do just that. It is not Moonwings, nor could it ever replace Moonwings. But from the ashes of an old life, we can start something new. Everyone is invited to come and play, enjoy your online life! You do not have to be a roleplayer to stay with us, simply a good friend! But we implore you to leave your baggage and haterade at the door. Remember why you originally came to sites like this.
